First Light provides an end-to-end social network analysis service to expand the scope of traditional survey products and analysis. We have integrated a proprietary real-time award system to increase participation levels and generate faster results for your survey from targets at the Local, Regional, National or International Level. This survey data has been used in establishing high potential financial services sales leads, clinical trial participants, speaker's bureaus, and medical society convention lectures among other high value targets.
Our surveys are designed to provide clients with actionable information. Depending on our level of engagement we will convert the findings into an action plan, and them implement the plan to successful completion. These surveys are useful to realign services and employees, increase service referrals and marketplace opportunities, and to recruit and retain staff.
Sample Selection/Survey Development
Our staff develops, in conjunction with the client, a survey tool designed to gather relevant statistically reliable data from the agreed-upon targeted sample.
Survey Fielding
We will mail advance invitation letters to targeted survey participants an "invitation" to participate on an online web-based survey. Included in the invitation will be our proprietary honoraria card. That card will become activated by the respondent immediately upon competition of the survey. This approach has led to not only higher levels of survey response but the responses are completed in record time.

Following extensive look-up, matching and de-duplication procedures, data outputs can be created - one or all reporting options maybe desired.
- Web-based relationship database- This allows all users to see the responders to the survey, their nominees and related in-depth data on the nominee, which includes educational background, hospital affiliation and a listing of published articles (optional).
- Geographic Maps are also produced that links that 'MAP' results. With the results identified in visual in for example a geographic sphere of influence. Aligning to client sales territories is also possible.
- Network Maps If a survey goal was to generate peer nominated subject matter experts, Network Maps are produced that show the interpersonal sphere of influence for the top nominated opinion leaders. All reports maybe produced for all levels of nomination---Local, Regional, National and International.
